基于有限元法的双辊薄带连铸熔池钢液温度场与流场强耦合研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于传热学和流体力学理论,建立了双辊薄带连铸熔池流场和温度场的二维强耦合有限元模型,并利用经典方腔流问题,利用该模型的计算结果与其它有限元模型的计算结果进行了对比,验证了模型的正确性。利用该模型研究了浇注温度对熔池内温度场和速度场的影响。结果表明,所建模型与实际相吻合;kiss点的高度随浇注温度的升高而降低,基本成线性变化;浇注过程中熔池温度有所回升,熔池内部产生涡流;浇注温度越高,回流的速度越小,涡流越小,温度场内低温区越小。 Based on the heat transfer and fluid mechanics theory, the finite element model of twin roll casting bath strongly coupled with two-dimensional flow field and temperature field was established, in view of the classic square cavity flow problems, compared the calculation results of the model with other finite element mode, the correctness of the model was verified, the influence of the pouring temperature on the temperature field and velocity field in molten pool with this model were studied. The results show that the model is in conformity with the actual; the molten pool temperature increases in the process of pouring, and the pool internally generates vartex. The higher the pouring temperature, the smaller the speed of the backflow, the smaller the vortex, and the smaller the low temperature field.
