摘要
冷轧带钢的表面质量是衡量现代钢铁企业过程稳定控制能力的重要标志。从原料、工艺制度、氧化铁皮微观结构等方面对酸洗后带钢出现的氧化铁皮残留(头尾黑斑)、连退板出现的点坑状与柳叶状氧化铁皮进行了分析,剖析了产品表面质量的三类氧化铁皮的成因,并提出了解决措施。
The surface quality of cold rolled strip is an important symbol to measure the ability of the stable process control for modem iron and steel enterprises. The residual oxide scale on the strip surface atter pickling(dark mark in head and tail of the strip), the pits on continuous annealed strip surface and "willow leaves" oxide scale were analyzed from aspects such as materials, process system and oxide scale microstructure. The causes of three kinds of iron oxide of products surface quality were dissected, then solution measurement was proposed.
