摘要 对TC4管材校直过程中的断裂区域进行了宏观形貌及微观形貌、成分和性能的分析研究。结果表明,在校直力的作用下,氧化皮硬脆区域产生应力集中,导致TC4管表面形成大量的微裂纹;在校直过程中微裂纹沿管材径向和轴向快速扩展,导致管材最终断裂。 The macro and micro morphology, composition and property of the fracture region for TC4 pipe in the straightening process were studied. The results show that under the effect of straightening force, the stress concentration is produced in oxide scale hard brittle zones to form a large number of microcracks on the TC4 pipe surface. During the pipe straightening, microcracks extend quickly along the radial direction and axial direction, which result in TC4 pipe fracture fmally.
