摘要
采用分步机械合金化方法进行了细晶AZ31镁合金的制备,进行了显微组织和物相组成的分析,并与常规AZ31进行了疲劳性能和不同温度下力学性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明,分步机械合金化方法 ,可制备出平均晶粒尺寸为4.8μm、具有优异力学性能和疲劳性能的细晶AZ31镁合金。与常规AZ31相比,分步机械合金化制备的细晶AZ31的抗拉强度和伸长率和疲劳性能都得到提高,其中室温抗拉强度增加34 MPa,室温伸长率增加6.2%,疲劳寿命增加122.13%。
Fine-grained AZ31 was prepared by stepwise mechanical alloying, and the microstructure and phase composition were tested, moreover, the mechanical properties at different temperature and fatigue property were compared with that of common AZ31 alloy. The results show that the fine-grained AZ31 alloy prepared by stepwise mechanical alloying, whose average grain size is 4.8 μm, has excellent mechanical properties and fatigue property. Compared with common AZ31 alloy, the fine-grained AZ31 alloy prepared by stepwise mechanical alloying could markedly improve the mechanical properties and fatigue property, which could make the tensile strength increase by 34MPa, and make elongation increase by 6.2% and make fatigue life increase by 122.13%.
