摘要
以Fe-Mn-C系TWIP钢为例,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对其塑性变形抗力进行研究。通过试验得到的数据分析了不同变形温度、变形程度、应变速率与变形抗力的关系。结果表明,试验TWIP钢热变形的应力随温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增大而升高。TWIP钢的热变形激活能Q为194.875 k J/mol,并在此基础上得到了TWIP钢的高温流变方程。
The deformation resistance ofFe-Mn-C TWIP steel during hot deformation was studied on Gleeble-3500.Then, the relationship among deformation temperature, strain rate, degree of deformation and deformation resistance was researched. The results show that the peak stress of TWlP steel at high temperature deformation decreases as the temperature increasing,it is evaluated as the strain rate increasing. The activation energy calculated by linear regression is 194.875 kJ/mol. The flow stress equation at high temperature can be obtained.
