超音速电弧喷涂NiTi混合涂层的冲蚀磨损性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢基体上分别制备Ni Ti涂层和Ni Ti/Ni Al混合涂层。用X射线衍射仪分析了涂层的相组成,用扫描电镜分析了涂层的组织形貌,在显微硬度仪上进行了硬度测试,在冲蚀试验机上进行了涂层耐冲蚀性能的研究。结果表明,Ni Ti/Ni Al混合涂层较Ni Ti涂层具有更高的硬度,涂层组织也更加均匀致密,耐冲蚀性能强于Ni Ti涂层。 NiTi coating and NiTi/NiA1 mixed coating were prepared on 0Crl3Ni5Mo stainless steel substance by supersonic arc spraying. The phase composition of the coating was investigated by XRD. The surface morphologies and the erosion wear morphologies of the coating were analyzed by SEM; the microhardness of the coating was determined by mierohardness tester; the erosion wear resistance of the coating was studied by erosion wear testing machine. The results show that NiTi/NiAI mixed coating has higher hardness and more homogeneous and denser microstructure and much better erosion wear resistance than that of NiTi coating.
