摘要
通过对片弹簧热处理变形控制影响要素的分析,确认回火过程是控制热处理变形尺寸超差的主要工序,并用树图分析确定了要因;对各要因采取控制措施后,取得了满意的效果,成功地将片弹簧热处理后的尺寸合格率从55%提高到98%,为提高片弹簧的最终合格率打好了基础。
The factors for controlling heat treatment distortion of the leaf spring were analyzed. The results show that tempering is the main process of control heat treatment distortion. The key factors were analyzed by means of tree diagram. Satisfying effect was obtained after the applying of related controlment. Size passing rate of the leaf spring was successfully increased from 55% to 98%. This study is very helpful for increasing the final passing rate of the leaf spring.
