摘要
研究了热处理工艺对6063铝合金铸轧板显微组织及力学性能的影响,并深入探讨了固溶及时效处理对其作用机理。研究表明:合理的固溶及时效处理有助于改善6063铝合金的显微组织,且能够显著增加材料的抗拉强度及硬度。热处理工艺为525℃固溶1 h,水淬后175℃时效4 h,可使抗拉强度达到252 MPa,硬度可达115.62 HV。该工艺对应的断裂机制为韧性断裂。
The influences of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 6063 aluminum alloy cast-rolling plate were studied, and action mechanism of solid solution and aging treatment was explorated. The results indicate that proper solid solution and aging treatment are conducive to microscopic structure of 6063 A1 alloy, and it can increase the tensile strength and hardness of the material significantly. With the heat treatment of solid solution at 525 ℃ for 1 h, and aging at 175 ℃ for 4 h after water quenching, the tensile strength increases to 252 MPa, and hardness increases to 115.62 HV. The corresponding fracture mechanism is ductile fracture.
