CD5阴性套细胞淋巴瘤一例报告及文献复习
A case of CD5-negative mantle cell lymphoma report and literatures review
摘要
病例资料患者，女，59岁，2008年5月因劳动时手外伤前往外院就诊时发现白细胞升高。血常规：WBC36×10^9／L，中性粒细胞比例0．05，淋巴细胞比例0．95，HGB 126g／L，PLT 205×10^9／L。乳酸脱氢酶510U／L（正常值范围60～100U／L）。骨髓象：成熟淋巴细胞增多，胞质稀少，核染色质致密，无明显核仁。体格检查未见异常。
