急性髓系白血病中的异柠檬酸脱氢酶基因突变

Isocitrate dehydrogenase mutation in acute myeloid leukemia

摘要 异柠檬酸脱氢酶(isocitrate dehydrogenase,IDH)在细胞内催化异柠檬酸氧化脱羧生成α-酮戊二酸(α-KG),将NADP+还原生成NADPH.IDH1与IDH2分布于不同的亚细胞结构中.IDH1分布于胞质及过氧化物酶体中,参与脂类及糖类代谢,为细胞提供NADPH,保护细胞免受反应氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)及辐射损伤;IDH2分布于线粒体中,参与三羧酸循环,保护细胞免受氧化损伤.
