城市化进程中公共交通效率与影响因素研究

Study on Public Transport Efficiency and Influencing Factors in the Process of Rapid Urbanization

本文使用DEA-Tobit二阶段方法,对我国主要省份、自治区及直辖市2003-2010年间公共交通效率及影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明城市化进程加速的背景下,我国公共交通效率普遍偏低且呈下降趋势,不同地区存在显著差异。文章通过进一步分析城市经济、人口、资源和政策等因素对公共交通效率的影响,对其效率改进提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the public transport panel data of 27 areas from 2003 to 2010, this paper probes into urban public transport efficiency and its influencing factors through DEA-Tobit two-stage method. The results show urban public transport efficiency of China is generally low and declining, and it has significant differences in different areas under the background of urbanization. By analyzing the effort of city economic, population, resource, policy and other factors that affect the efficiency of public transport, the paper gives some suggestions on the improvement of public transport efficiency.
