摘要 维生素D在维持人体钙、磷平衡中的作用已阐明清楚,而随着研究的深入,越来越多的证据显示,维生素D还具有广泛的其他生理作用。在肠道的研究中,维生素D也被争议性提出具有重要生理作用,主要包括调节免疫作用、抑制肿瘤作用、增强屏障作用。短肠综合征患者有患维生素D缺陷的高危因素,进一步明确维生素D与肠道相关疾病的关联及其机制,对该疾病的预防与治疗有重要意义。 Vitamin D ( VD) has been stated clearly in maintaining the balance of serumcalcium and phosphorus in human . Whereas, more and more evidences show VD has a considerable range of other physiological functions .VD has also been proposed to have vital functions controversially including adjusting immunity, antitumor, enhancing barrier in the intestine .The patients of short bowel syndrome are at particularly high risk of vitamin D deficiency .It has a significance in prevention and treatment of diseases to fur-ther clearly clarify the relationship and mechanisms of VD and the diseases .
