胰腺实性假乳头状瘤临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis of diagnosis and treatment of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas

目的:探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的临床特征及诊治方法。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的经病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤患者37例。结果:所有病例均行增强CT检查并经手术治疗。术后经病理证实。术后随诊无复发和转移。结论:胰腺实性假乳头状瘤是一种发病率较低的胰腺良性或低度恶性肿瘤,临床症状不典型,CT检查对其诊断有一定帮助,病理检查可确诊。手术是其有效治疗方法,预后良好。

Objective ：To investigate the clinical characteristics of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas, and the diagnosis and treatment. Methods：All 37 cases of solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas confirmed by sur- gery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results：These cases included 33 females and 4 males. All cases were accepted the enhanced CT examination and surgery treatment. The diagnosis were confirmed by pathology. During postoperative follow - up, no recurrence and metastasis occurred. Conclusion： Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pan- creas is a benign or low - grade malignant tumor of pancreas with lower incidence. There are no typical clinical symp- toms. The enhanced CT examination maybe helpful to the diagosis, and the diagosis can be confirmed by pathology. Operation should be an effective treatment for this disease, which has a good prognosis.
