摘要
目的:探讨血清中高尔基体蛋白73(GP73)与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断中的价值。方法:采用ELISA法检测血清GP73浓度,日立7600全自动生化分析仪测定血清Hcy水平,比较临床肝病患者130例与健康对照组40例血清GP73与Hcy水平。结果:肝病患者血清GP73及Hcy水平明显高于健康对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01),并随着肝病的严重程度血清GP73、Hcy水平呈上升趋势。结论:血清GP73和Hcy在PHC发生、发展中存在一定作用,对其检测可能为肝癌早期诊断和治疗监测提供新的依据。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of Golgi protein 73 ( GP73 ), homocysteine (Hcy) in hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC). Methods: To detect serum GP73 concentration by using ELISA method, Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to measure the level of serum Hcy. To compare the serum GP73 and Hcy levels and alpha -fetoprotein(AFP) in 130 patients with liver disease and 40 normal healthy control. Results: Compared to control group, serum GP73 and Hcy levels in patients with liver disease was higher than that of the con- trol group( P 〈 0. 05 ). And with the severity of liver disease and serum GP73, Hcy levels were rising. Conclusion: The serum level of GP73 and Hey has a role in primary liver cancer occurrence, development,its detection may provide the new basis to early diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring.
