颈部囊性鳞状细胞转移癌临床研究进展

摘要 颈部囊性鳞状细胞转移癌（the neck cystic metastatic squamous cell carcinoma,NCMSCC）在临床上常被误诊为鳃裂囊肿或鳃裂癌,近年来文献中屡有报道.误诊的主要原因为：①临床初发症状与鳃裂囊肿酷似;②组织相与鳃裂癌相同;③原发癌体积小或部位隐匿;④对鳃裂癌的认识尚存争论.因此,为避免对NCMSCC的误诊、误治或延迟治疗,现对NCMSCC的临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断以及治疗综述如下.
