Industry 4.0:New Thinking and New Models on Transformation and Upgrading of Traditional Manufacturing Industries

德国"工业4.0"即是以智能制造为主导的第四次工业革命,其作为德国国家战略,已在整个德国科研机构和产业界得到广泛认同和应用。它把德国的传统制造技术与现代无处不在的互联网技术相融合,产生智能化的机械设备制造,其目的是为了支持工业领域新一代革命性技术的研发与创新,再次提升德国工业的全球竞争力。笔者主要概述了工业4.0的由来与进化过程、内涵与主要内容、传统制造企业如何适应工业4.0时代、工业4.0对中国传统制造业的启示等。

Industry 4.0 is the fourth industrial revolution led by the intelligent manufacturing.As the national strategy,it is widely accepted and applied by research institutes and industry throughout Germany.By fusing Germany＇ s traditional manufacturing techniques with internet integration technology,the intelligent machinery and equipment manufacturing is designed to support industrial research and development of a new generation of revolutionary technology and innovation,thereby raising Germany industry＇ s global competitiveness.This paper summarized the relevant content about the industry 4.0 in aspects of the origin and evolution,connotation,adaptability of traditional manufacturing enterprises,and the enlightenment for China＇ s traditional manufacturing industries.
