摘要 应用三维激光扫描技术对家具实体进行三维数字测量或扫描,能准确真实地获取反映物体外形的三维数字化信息;由扫描零件曲面、曲面重建、实体重构建立物体的三维CAD实体模型;生成数据文件形成数字模型库,最后对信息进行存储。采用逆向工程技术对家具的复杂曲面进行三维数据信息采集,反向得到家具原型并且加以改进,它可降低家具制造的成本,提高生产效率,因而具有现实意义和实用价值。古典家具绣墩的逆向工程建模就是一个成功实例,其过程和步骤对解决类似问题具有参考价值。 Applying three dimensional laser scanning technique in three dimensional digital measurement and scanning to furniture entities,can accurately get the three dimensional digital information of the object shape.The process of surface reconstruction and entity reconstruction to establish the three-dimensional entity model can generate a digital files and model databases,and store it.The application of reverse engineering technology in collecting the 3D data information of the furniture's complex surface,reverse getting furniture model and improving it has the practical significance and value not only by reducing the cost of furniture manufacturing,but also improving production efficiency.The reverse engineering modeling of drum stool as a kind of Chinese traditional furniture is a successful example whose process and step has reference value to solve the similar problems.
