对红木家具表面打磨处理的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Surface Sanding and Polishing Treatment for Hongmu Furniture

红木家具打磨作业越来越受到企业的重视,可以说打磨的好坏决定着红木家具的表面质量。红木家具的打磨作业可以分为花磨、粗磨、精磨这3种打磨方式。笔者简单介绍了这3种打磨作业方式,对它们的成本与效果进行了对比,并且分析了三者对表面处理效果的影响,以便人们更加清晰地认知打磨作业;同时,对打磨作业出现的问题进行了相应的思考,以求更好地完善家具打磨技术,实现传统技术在新时期的传承与创新。

Hongmu furniture enterprises have placed increasing emphasis on the sanding and polishing work because it is essential to the surface quality of the Hongmu furniture.The three ways to sand and polish the Hongmu furniture as focusing polish,rough polish and accurate polish were introduced in the paper as well as the comparison of their cost and work effect so as to give people a clearer picture of the importance of the sanding and polishing work.In the same time,aiming at the improving of the polishing technology and the inheriting and developing of traditional technology,this article proposes relevant solutions to the arising problems in the sanding and polishing work.
