Strategies to Prevent Misuse of Distribution Network Management Scheduling

随着科学技术的不断发展,电力系统配网变的越来越复杂庞大。面对如此庞大的配电网,其运行和操作也就变得越来越复杂。若一旦操作不当,轻则局部性停电,重则电网崩溃和造成人身伤亡。本文首先分析了造成配网调度误操作的主要人为因素,并由此总结出配电网调度防误操作的工作流程,最后阐述了配电网调度运行中事故处理的技术和防范措施。

With the development of science and technology, power system distribution network becomes increasingly complex and large. Faced with such a huge distribution network, its operation will become more and more complex. Once the improper operation exists,at best, it will cause localized power outages, at worst, it will cause grid collapse and injury or death. This paper analyzes the major anthropogenic factors for misuse of distribution network scheduling, sums up the workflow to prevent misuse of scheduling, and finally describes the techniques for dealing with incidents and the preventive measures.
