摘要
低氮燃烧器是一种新型环保燃烧器,可降低锅炉燃烧过程中产生的氮氧化物。本文针对漳泽发电分公司670T锅炉进行低氮燃烧器改造后的运行情况、燃烧调整方法和出现的问题进行全面分析比较,并提出针对性运行调整措施,使锅炉运行更加经济与安全,达到环保排放要求。
Low-NOXburner is a new kind of green burner, and it can reduce the nitrogen oxides produced during combustion of boiler.This paper analyzed the operating conditions, combustion adjustment methods and emerging problems of boiler 670 T of Zhangze Power Generation Branch Company after transformation of low-NOXburner, and proposed targeted adjustment measures to achieve more economical and safe operation of boiler and meet environmental emissions requirements.
