积极推广和发展灌溉饲草料地,成为牧区水利发展的显著特点。近年来由于水资源短缺,大部分牧草地已恶化,造成当地牧民生产、生活困难,严重影响了当地生态环境,因此必须采取必要的保护措施。
The distinctive features of water conservancy development in pastoral area are actively promoting and developing the irrigating forage grass. Due to the shortage of water resources in recent years, most of the grassland has been deteriorated, which brings production and living difficulties to local herdsmen, and seriously influences the local ecological environment,so it is necessary to take preventive measures.
