摘要
用某热电厂已完成的钻(冲)孔灌注桩工程的实例,抛砖引玉,分析研究工程量清单编制的规范化对控制工程造价的作用,与不规范的习惯编制方法作对比,阐述其利弊,引述如何编制出符合规范要求的工程量清单及造价人员在造价工作中应遵循的法律规范。
Taking the completed bored pile engineering of one thermal power plant as an example, this paper analyzes the effect of standardization of BOQ preparation on project cost control, compared it with the nonstandard preparation methods, and explained its pros and cons, so as to describe how to prepare the BOQ which can meet the requirements and specification and the legal norm the cost personnel should follow in the cost work.
