高速公路安全管理浅析

On Expressway Safety Management

随着我国交通建设水平的不断提高,我国高速公路建设也取得了很大的成绩。高速公路作为一种安全、高效、通过能力强的新型交通手段,极大地改善了我国的交通运输条件,缓解了以往交通拥堵的情况,不仅带动了运输效益和服务水平的提升,还有效地推动了国民经济的发展。但与此同时,在高速公路交通中,高速公路安全问题也日益凸显出来。本文就高速公路安全管理提出了一些看法,并提出了相应的解决对策。

With the constant improvement of the traffic construction, expressway construction has made great achievements in China.As a new means of transportation which is safe, efficient and high trafficability, the expressway has greatly improved the transportation condition of China, and relieved the traffic congestion, not only improving the transportation efficiency and service level,but also effectively promoting the development of the national economy. But at the same time, expressway safety problem is increasingly highlighted. This paper puts forward some views on expressway safety management, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
