In the background of traffic congestion, environment pollution, the convenient, environment-friendly and healthy bicycle traffic is more and more in good grace of the people and government. This paper analyzes the problems of bicycle traffic in Xi＇an, and presents bicycle traffic positioning, measures of planning, construction and management, in order to provide scientific guidance for the development of Xi＇an bicycle traffic.
