摘要
起于20世纪90年代末期的胜任力概念,主要开展的是各领域中高层胜任力模型方面的研究。本文所研究的是如何从三个阶段提升餐饮企业基层管理人员胜任力。尝试性拓展胜任力研究新领域。
The competency concept that begins in the late 1990 s mainly researches the models of senior competency in various fields.This paper analyzes how to improve the competency of junior managers in catering enterprises in three stages and attempts to expand the competency into new areas.
