加强高校辅导员队伍建设浅析

On Strengthening the Construction of College Counselor Team

目前,随着我国高等职业教育的进一步深化发展,高校辅导员在推动高校发展,提高学生思想道德水平上发挥的作用也日益凸显。因此,加强高校辅导员队伍建设,培养一批高质量的高校辅导员,是当前高校建设发展的重要目标之一。本文就如何加强高校辅导员队伍建设进行了一系列研究,并针对其中存在的一些问题提出了合理化建议。

At present, with the further development of higher occupation education in China, the college counselors play an increasingly important role in promoting university development and improving students＇ ideological and moral standards. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of college counselor team and cultivate a group of high quality college counselor is one of the important goals for the current development of the construction of colleges and universities. This paper discusses a series of researchs on how to strengthen the construction of college counselor team, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for some problems.
