通过对终端测量报告(MR)信令数据的深度分析,准确评估GSM900/DCS1800退出后2G网络覆盖恶化情况以及UMTS900的覆盖水平,在多网协同的建设背景下指导UMTS900的规划。
According to the deep analysis of terminal measurement report （MR）, the coverage deterioration of 2G network in the case of expiration of GSM900/DCS1800, and the coverage of UMTS900 are accurately evaluated to guide the planning of UMTS900 in the background of constructing cooperative networking.
