摘要
采用经典设计方法设计了一款反激变压器,通过PExprt仿真分析,验证了设计结果的一致性,采用2D有限元电磁场仿真分析了气隙效应对变压器的影响,证明气隙效应对变压器损耗有较大影响。研究了变压器磁心损耗的计算方法,发现采用Jiles-Atherton方法计算的结果更接近真实损耗。最后仿真分析了高频效应作用下线圈的损耗,结果表明考虑高频效应后,变压器的功耗、温升都远大于经典设计法的设计值。
In this paper, a flyback transformer is designed using the classical design method, and the consistency of the design results is verified through the PExprt simulation. The influence of air-gap effect on transformer is analyzed by 2D electromagnetic finite element simulation, and it shows that the air-gap effect has great influence on power loss of the transformer. Then the calculation methods of power loss of magnetic core of the transforme were studied, and it is found out that result from Jiles-Atherton method is closer to the real loss. Finally, the coil loss under high frequency effect was analyzed. The simulation result indicates that the power consumption and temperature rising are far greater than the design values of the classic method if high frequency effect is taken into account.
