老年膝关节骨关节炎合并胫骨近端应力性骨折的临床报道 被引量:5

摘要 骨关节炎是一种常见的慢性关节疾病,其主要病变是关节软骨的退行性变和继发性骨质增生,多见于中老年人,女性多于男性,好发在负重较大的膝关节。应力骨折并非应力的直接作用,常由于无直接外伤史所产生的骨折,胫骨近端应力性骨折常发生于新兵、运动员、舞蹈演员等年轻的患者[1]。然而,老年膝关节骨关节炎患者合并胫骨近端应力性骨折在临床上较为罕见,目前国内外相关文献尚未报道。
