浅析水泥凝结时间检验中的影响因素

Brief Analysis of Influence Factors for Cement Setting Time Inspection

本文通过对当前水泥凝结时间检验过程中存在的操作差异进行比较,发现人员成型试模操作差异是造成水泥凝结时间检验结果离散的主要原因。另外在标准稠度用水量试验中,发现量水法相比称水法,标准稠度用水量稍稍偏大,但未影响水泥标准稠度试验结果,对水泥凝结时间检验结果影响不大。

This paper analyzed the operation difference in setting time test of cement paste. It was found that forming sample＇ s operation difference was the main reason why inspection result of setting time was scattered. In addition, water consumption of normal consistency using measuring water usage was a bit more than that of using weighing water usage. However, the test results of normal consistency were not affected by the differences of water consumption with these two methods, and the cement paste setting time was almost not affected.
