走向高品质的课题研究——“课程分析”理念下的教学行为改进探微

摘要 高品质的学校课题研究要有基于学习的研究组织,有基于专业的研究方法,有基于实践的研究内容,有基于任务的研究模式。太仓市朱棣文小学以高品质为目标,创新研究组织,成立了"课程研修中心",在研究过程中融合教育的实践需要,采用专业的研究方式,改变了教师的思维方式,改进了教师的教学行为。 High-quality school project research should have learning-based research organizations, profession-based research methods, practice-based research contents, and task-based research modes. Taicang Zhu Diwen Primary School aims at the high quality, innovates research organizations and establishes the center for curriculum research and training. Practical requirements of education are integrated into the process of research, and teachers adopts professional approaches to research and changes their thinking styles, so that their teaching behaviors have been improved as well.
