摘要
当下很多学校的评价并未去除传统评价注重甄别、筛选的弊病,只是把评价作为一种结果,而不是促进学生发展、激发学生潜能的手段。多元评价的有效实施,主要是处理好"变"与"守"的关系:一方面,"变"中有"守",守住做人的根本,把学生培养成为一个合格的公民;另一方面,"守"中求"变",通过"守"中变形、"守"中变法、"守"中变通,追求多元评价价值的最大化。
Currently, many schools still attach importance to the traditional criteria of assessments such as distinguishing and selecting, only regarding assessments as the results, not the means to promote students' development and activate their potentials. To implement effectively the diversified assessments, teachers need to deal with the relations between change and tradition: on one hand, there is tradition in change, that is, helping students keep up the tradition of being a person and cultivating them into qualified citizens; on the other hand, change should be sought in tradition, that is, to maximize the diversified assessment, teachers should change forms, approaches, and flexibility by keeping up the tradition.
