中国金融业“走出去”战略研究

Research on the Going-Out Strategy of Chinese Financial Industry

党的十八届三中全会提出,要构建开放型经济新体制,加快完善现代市场体系,扩大金融业对内对外开放。中国金融业"走出去"战略是支撑企业"走出去"、支持实体经济发展、加快经济结构调整和产业转型升级的现实需要,也是全面深化改革的必然要求。本文聚焦创新外汇储备运用模式,从国家战略的高度出发,对中国金融业"走出去"的经验及其意义进行总结,探索中国金融业"走出去"的有效路径。

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee proposes that our country build a new system of the open economy, accelerate perfecting the modern market system, and expand the inward and outward opening up of Chinese financial industry. The going-out strategy of Chinese financial industry is not only needed by supporting enterprises go out, sustaining real economic development, accelerating economicstructural adjustment and industrial transferring and upgrading, but also necessary for deepening the comprehensive reform. From the point of view of national strategy, this paper highlights innovative application of foreign exchange reserves, summarizes experiences and meanings of Chinese financial industry going out, and explores its effective way.
