种猪场伪狂犬病控制与净化技术试验 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]为研究推广种猪群伪狂犬病的控制与净化的技术。[方法]在3个试验猪场的种猪群中开展应用研究。对试验种猪群采取g E基因缺失弱毒疫苗免疫,每隔3个月检测PRV-g E抗体,淘汰阳性猪,采取外引种猪隔离、检疫、灭鼠、消毒等生物安全措施。[结果]持续性监测和调查结果显示,2010年5月至2011年2月期间,随着检测次数的增加,3个猪场不同类别种猪群的伪狂犬病阳性率不断下降,到第3次检测时全部为阴性;3个猪场30%的后代猪群的伪狂犬病g E抗体检测结果全为阴性。在根除猪伪狂犬病2年后,3个猪场的抽检结果全为阴性。[结论]持续性监测和调查结果表明,3个试验猪场的猪伪狂犬病得到净化,提高了猪群健康水平。 A plan of pseudorabies control was evaluated in three breeding pig farm. Experimental pigs were immunized with pseudorabies gE deletion vaccine, then PRV-gE antibody was tested every three months, and the positive pigs were timely eliminated and the newly introduced breeding pigs were quarantined and bio-safety measures were taken regularly, for example deratization and disinfection. Results showed that the pseudorabies positive rate was continuously declining in different category pigs in the three pig farms from May 2010 to February 2011. 30% descendant pigs in the three pig farms were negative for PRV-gE antibody. 2 year after eradication ofpseudorabies, the three pig farms were all negative for pseudorabies through sampling test. It was concluded that continuous surveillance and monitoring revealed that pseudorabies in the three breeding pig farms was eradicated and the health level of the pigs was improved.
