摘要
随着运行速度的提高,车轮踏面所承受的垂直载荷和水平载荷也相应增加,如果车轮踏面存在硌伤或其他表面缺陷,会引起车轮踏面浅表层萌生裂纹。文章结合国外车轮运行经验及监控手段,提出了相应的对策。
The vertical load and horizontal load on wheel tread will increase with the increase of running speed.If there is damage by pressing against something or other surface defects on wheel tread,cracking in the shallow surface will appear on wheel tread.In this paper,with reference of operation experience in wheels abroad and the monitor measures,relevant counter measures are given.
