论述了燃煤平衡评审的概念及燃煤平衡要求、燃煤平衡评审程序与内容及报告编写,并从计量仪器性能的确认、煤质检测过程及结果审核、煤量统计审核、标准煤量的计算、储存煤的盘点审核、燃煤不平衡结果评价及分析等方面重点阐述了燃煤平衡评审程序及方法,建议在火电厂燃料管理中进行燃煤不平衡率的评审与考核以提高电厂的燃料管理水平。

The concept of coal-fired balance review,coal-fired balance requirements,coal-fired balance review program,content and the report were introduced.This paper also demonstrated the coal balance audit procedures and methods from aspects such as measuring instrument performance confirmation,examination and verification of coal quality testing process and results,statistical calculation of standard coal quantity,examination and verification of storage inventory coal,coal unbalance results evaluation and analysis.The review and assessment of unbalance rate of coal-fired thermal power plant to improve the power plant fuel management were recommended.
