摘要
通过对适用于各种形式的煤炭联合制样系统的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则等技术条件的研究,同时对各项要求的技术参数进行了系统论证,从联合制样系统、系统整体要求、设计和制造及加工技术要求、供料单元、破碎单元、缩分单元、样品接收单元、弃样排放单元、装配技术要求、整机外观要求及性能试验等方面对GB/T 3073—2014《煤炭联合制样系统技术条件》标准主要涉及的内容进行阐述。
Through research on technical requirements,test method and test rules of various kinds of united coal sample preparation system,and at the same time,systematic analysis of technical parameters for each requirement were carried out.The contents of ＂ Specifications of combined equipment for coal sample preparation＂ were demonstrated from aspects such as united coal sample preparation system,system requirements,design,manufacturing,processing technology,feed unit,broken units,division unit,sample receiving unit,abandoning sample and discharge unit,assembly technology requirements,overall appearance requirements and performance test.
