劣质煤泥生产浮选精煤及尾矿研制空心砖的应用

Discussion on production of clean coal from inferior coal flotation and the application of hollow brick made from tailings

从浮选精煤数量指标、浮选完善指标等方面探讨了劣质煤泥浮选的实际效果,指出以高灰分的废弃劣质煤泥为原料可生产出质量合格的动力精煤,生产数据表明其工艺指标符合要求,同时简介了以劣质煤泥浮选所排出的高灰分煤泥渣为原料生产烧结空心砖的工业应用情况。

From the aspects such as quantity index and flotation improvement index of floatation clean coal,the actual effect of inferior coal flotation were discussed,it was indicated that we could use high ash obsoleting inferior coal slime to produce the clean steam coal which was qualified,the production data could meet the technic index.At the same time,this paper introduced the industrial application circumstances of producing fired hollow brick using coal slag from inferior coal slime flotation.
