高校奖学金评定标准转型:从分配公平到关系公平

The Transformation for College Scholarship Evaluation System:From the Distributive Justice to Relational Justice

现行高校奖学金评定追求以分配公平为标准的理念,通过各种"科学"的评审条件、严格的等级筛选,确保奖学金评定的公平、合理。但既定的资源、等级的筛选、量化的条件否定了生命个体自主、自治的差异性,背离了大学教育的基本理念,无法达到促进每个学生自主、自由发展的实质公平。为此,高校奖学金评定应从既定资源的分配公平转向以尊重个体自由发展、实现自我价值为导向的关系正义公平。

The existing scholarship system pursues the evaluation idea that with the view of distributive justice, through a variety of external security measures, we should ensure fair and reasonable evaluation on scholarships. But the equal distribution and the unified standard deny the individual difference, which cannot reach the substantive justice in scholarship evaluation.
