摘要
海绵钛生产中采用Na OH溶液处理氯化精制工序和镁电解工序产生的尾气时,会产生含一定浓度次氯酸钠的废盐水,为此,对该废盐水在生活污水消毒处理中的应用进行了分析。结果表明,海绵钛生产过程中产生的废盐水可用于生活污水消毒处理,当生活污水中的有效氯含量在4.9~5.5 mg/L、接触时间控制在0.5 h的情况下,经消毒后的水质能够达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》,降低了海绵钛生产企业废水处理成本,提高了资源综合利用水平。
NaOH solution is used to wash the exhaust of magnesium chloride electrolytic process and melt chlorination process in titanium sponge plant. And the production is brine with sodium hypochlorite. The application of brine in sewage disinfection was analyzed. The results show that this brine can be used to disinfect sewage. When effective chlorine content is 4.9 mg/L to 5.5 mg/L in the sewage and the contact time is controlled in 0.5 h cases, the water after disinfection can meet the standards of GB 8978--1996, integrated wastewater discharge standard. It reduces cost of wastewater treatment of titanium sponge production enterprises and promotes the comprehensive utilization of resources.
