黄板诱集法取样下稻田节肢动物群落结构特征参数分析 被引量:4

摘要 为明确黄板诱集法取样下稻田节肢动物群落结构特征参数的动态规律,采用黄板诱集法,通过2010年和2011年连续2年的调查取样,研究了有机稻田和化防稻田节肢动物群落结构特征参数的动态变化。研究结果表明:有机稻田物种数、个体数和物种丰富度指数均高于化防稻田;在水稻生长前、中期,有机稻田优势集中性指数大于化防稻田;水稻生育期进入抽穗扬花期后,有机稻田优势集中性指数低于化防稻田;多样性指数恰好相反,水稻生长前期有机稻田低于化防稻田,水稻生长后期高于化防稻田。黄板诱集法可以作为稻田节肢动物群落研究的有效取样工具使用。 In order to clarify the dynamic rules of the arthropod community structure parameters in paddy fields, the arthropod community in organic and chemical control paddy fields were sampled with the yellow board trap for two years, respectively in 2010 and in 2011. The results showed: the number of species, individuals, and species richness in organic paddy field were higher than those of the chemical control paddy field; before the metaphase of rice growth, dominance index (d) of arthropod community in organic paddy field was higher than that of in chemical control paddy field, hut after the metaphase of rice growth dominance index (d) was lower than that of in chemical control paddy field, and the transformation circumstance of diversity index (H) of arthropod community was contrary with that of dominance index (d). We think that the yellow board trap is an important sampling method of studying on arthropod community structure.
