摘要 本文分析了低碳低合金钢管套料加工过程中出现频繁打刀、断屑困难及加工效率低的原因.通过对套料刀体及套料刀的尺寸结构的研究,提出了偏心刀体设计,同时改善了套料刀的几何尺寸及冷却润滑条件,解决了低碳低合金钢管在套料加工过程中因排屑困难、堵屑造成打刀等问题,大大提高了该类产品的套料加工效率. The paper gave an analysis of causes for frequent tool breaking ,chip breaking difficulty and low processing efficiency during low carbon and low alloy steel tube trepanning process.Through the re-search for the size structure of trepanning tool and cutter body,a design of eccentric tool body was pro-posed and the trepanning tool geometric design and cooling lubrication condition was improved,which can solve the problems of chips escape,chips plugging may cause the tool breaking and improve greatly such kind of products trepanning processing efficiency.
