摘要 为提高起重机行业的柔性制造能力,提高企业的快速响应能力与协同配合能力,以云制造理念为基础,利用网络、虚拟化、模块化、参数化等先进技术构建起重机云制造平台.研究了起重机云制造平台的构架及平台的设计流程.通过案例分析详细阐释了起重机云制造平台的运行模式及运作流程.起重机云制造平台的建立,实现了起重机行业的资源整合与资源最大化共享,推动了起重机行业的快速发展.云制造是一种面向中小企业服务的提高效率降低能耗和基于网络化个性化的制造新形式,可以通过网络为中小型企业的制造生产提供及时、全面、质量可靠的各种服务. The crane cloud manufacturing platform was built to improve the crane industry flexible manufacturing capacity,the rapid response capability and the synergy capability.The platform was built based on the concept of cloud manufacturing and used the advanced technologies such as network tech-nology,virtualization technology,modular and parametric.The architecture of crane cloud manufactur-ing platform was studied and the process of platform was designed.The operation of the crane manufac-turing platform of cloud patterns and processes was illustrated in details through the case study.The built of the crane cloud manufacturing platform realized the integration of resources and the maximum resource share and contributed to the rapid development of the crane industry.Cloud manufacturing is an oriented services to small and medium enterprises to improve efficiency and reduce energy consump-tion and new forms of networked manufacturing based on personalized.Cloud manufacturing can provide various kinds of service timely,comprehensive and reliable quality through network for the production of small and medium enterprises.
