全要素生产率视角下的城市工业用地生产效率研究——基于Malmquist指数的分析

Research on Industrial Land Production Efficiency from a TFP Perspective——Based on Malmquist Index Method

在我国工业化快速推进和土地资源供需矛盾突显的背景下，工业用地的利用亟需由粗放式向集约式转变。文章从全要素生产率视角研究工业用地的生产效率，将M almquist指数法引入到土地效率评价中，并构建了工业用地绩效模型，从两方面对我国2001～2012年间工业用地的生产效率进行测算。结果表明：研究期内，全国总体和绝大多数省份的工业全要素生产率（含土地要素）呈递增趋势，且主要由技术效率进步所致；全国工业用地绩效指数总体上大于1，工业用地的投入对工业全要素生产率有促进作用，且变化呈“U”型；中东部地区的绩效指数高于西部；此外，土地的投入促进了工业全要素生产率的增长，其中东部地区土地供需矛盾日益突出，工业用地对于工业生产率的增长愈发重要。

In the context of rapid industrialization and the increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of land resources ,industrial land use needs to be changed from extension to intension .This paper analyzed the industrial land production efficiency based on the Total Factor Productivity （TFP） perspective and introduced Malmquist index method to evaluate the efficiencies ,and built the performance index model of in‐dustrial land .Based on the provincial industry panel data from 2001 to 2012 ,this paper analyzed efficiencies of industrial land in China .The results showed that the industrial total factor productivity （ITFP） showed an in‐creasing trend from national perspective mainly caused by the technical efficiency progress ;the national indus‐trial land performance index is greater than 1 on the w hole .It is indicated that industrial land input has promo‐ted the growth of ITFP ,and the curve showed a“U” shape;the performance index in central and eastern re‐gions is higher than that in western areas ,and that with the increasingly prominent contradiction between sup‐ply and demand of industrial land in the central and eastern regions ,industrial land becomes increasingly impor‐tant for the grow th of IT FP .
