科研人员情绪劳动对关系绩效的影响——基于心理解脱的调节作用 被引量:3

摘要 在科研工作中关系绩效直接影响到科研成果的产出。文章探讨了科研团队中科研人员情绪劳动与关系绩效的相互作用,并论证了心理解脱这个积极因素在其关系中的作用。验证性因子分析显示,情绪劳动、关系绩效与心理解脱量表具有良好的结构效度;多重回归分析结果表明,科研人员克制自己的负向情绪、表达自己的正向情绪、处理他人负向情绪与人际促进、工作奉献均有显著的正向影响;经历高水平的心理解脱时,这种正面影响会增强,即心理解脱调节科研人员情绪劳动对关系绩效的作用。 Contextual performance of scientific researchers has a direct impact on the output of scientific re‐search .The paper aims to explore how psychological detachment from work can influence the relationship be‐tween emotional labor strategies and contextual performance .In this paper ,we find that a significantly positive relationship exists between self negative emotion restraint ,self positive emotion expression ,dealing with the negative emotion of others and contextual performance .Meanwhile ,results show that psychological detach‐ment has a moderator effect on this positive relationship .It means if the psychological detachment of scientific researchers is good ,the positive relationship between emotional labor and contextual performance will be strong .
