摘要
教务员队伍是高等职业院校教学管理中不可替代的重要力量。在教务员队伍建设中,学院在重视程度、选聘机制、培训进修、人员配置、薪酬管理、奖惩机制、职业发展以及队伍结构等方面存在一些问题,这些问题阻碍了教务员队伍素质的提升。解决这些问题,要提高教务员队伍的素质,进而提高整个学院的办学质量,学院则要转变观念,在相关管理政策、职业发展等方面做出合理规范的设计。
Teaching administrators play an irreplaceable role in the teaching management of vocational colleges. In the process of construction, there are some problems which hinder their improvement. The problems lie in attention degree, selecting mechanism, training, staffing, compensation management, reward and punishment mechanism, vocational development and structure, etc. To solve the problems, the colleges should change their idea and make reasonable adjustments in management pohcy and vocational development program.
