宁夏生态移民安置区社会结构分析——以吴忠市红寺堡区为例

Analysis on Social Structure of Ecological Resettlement Area in Ningxia——A Case Study of Hongsipu District in Wuzhong

以宁夏最大的成建制移民安置区——吴忠市红寺堡区为例,通过对红寺堡区经济结构和社会结构及其与宁夏全区的对比分析,得出如下结论:宁夏移民安置区面临的社会矛盾和社会问题正是在生态移民进程中,社会结构与经济结构没有实现同步转变而造成的。只有经济发展和社会管理双管齐下,使社会结构与经济结构相契合,才能保证生态移民安置区的可持续发展。

In this paper, a case study of Ningxia＇s largest resettlement areas -- Hongsipu District in Wuzhong was made from the economic and the social structure and its comparison with the whole Ningxia region. It concluded that social con- tradictions and social problems in Ningxia resettlement areas were caused by asynchronous changes of social structure and economic structure in the process of ecological migration. Only two--pronged approach to economic development and so- cial management to make social structure and economic structure fit, can we ensure the sustainable development of ecolog- ical resettlement area.
