晋西北农业大户经营研究——以右玉县种养大户为例

On Agricultural Big Business in Northwestern Shanxi——Taking Breeding Household in Youyu County as Example

农业大户是农业现代化的基础和农业经营的方向。通过典型调查研究,探讨了贫困县农业大户在实践发展中的几个关键问题,一是丰富的社会经历是农业大户的关键,青壮和健康是农业大户经营者的基础;二是种养结合是大户经营的方向,种植业难以专业化经营;三是夫妻是农业大户的主要劳动力。农业大户持续发展的方向,一要探索大户经营模式,二要规范大户经营管理方式,三要引导农业大户组建专业合作社,四是农机、信贷、农田基本建设等是政策扶持的核心。

Agricultural big--household is the basis of agricultural modernization and the direction of agricultural manage- ment. Based on typical investigation, this paper discusses key issues in business of agricultural big--household. First, a rich social experience is crucial to agricultural big--household with youth and health as the base; second, a combination of breeding and planting is the major direction since planting is difficult to have specialized operation; third, husband and wife are the main labor force. Agricultural sustainable development direction is to explore of operation mode, to standard- ize the management, to guide in organizing agricultural professional cooperatives; to have policies support on farming, credit and loan, farmland capital construction.
