摘要
在带钢连续热镀锌生产中,锌液在锌锅内的流动及温度分布情况对于镀层质量有着重要的意义。以某热镀锌锌锅为研究对象,通过实验获得的锌锅边界传热情况,推算得到锌锅计算的边界条件。使用CFX商业软件对锌锅内的流场及温度场进行模拟,并比较研究了带钢的宽度与运行速度对锌液流动的影响。结果表明,模拟与实验测量数据良好吻合,证明了计算方法的正确性。不同带宽的锌锅流场具有相似性,而带钢速度的不同将对锌锅流场产生较大的影响。带速的上升一方面使得锌锅温度的不均匀程度降低,另一方面则增加了底渣卷起而附着在带钢上的可能性。
The understanding of molten zinc flow patterns and temperature distribution in galvanizing bath is of great importance in association of the coating on strip.The heat exchange on the boundary of zinc pot was calculated using online measured data.Heat and fluid flows in the galvanizing bath were numerically studied using the software CFX.The effects of the strip velocity and width on the metallurgical behavior of galvanizing bath were analyzed.The results show that the predictions are in good consistence with the empirical data.The strip width has very little effect on the overall flow patterns developed in the pot,while the strip velocity may affect the flow patterns significantly.Increasing the strip speed can reduce the temperature non-uniformity,but the bottom dross may be disturbed and become floating in the bath,which is harmful.
