谐振对强迫体位下兔下腰椎骨组织形态学的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察4~6 Hz谐振对强迫体位下兔腰椎骨组织形态的影响。方法60只新西兰兔随机均分为正常对照组、造模对照组及4、5、6 Hz谐振造模组,于第2、4、6周末分批处死,取腰5椎体行组织形态学观察。结果第2周末时,各振动组腰5椎体的成骨细胞数较正常对照组、造模对照组明显减少(P〈0.05);同时,4 Hz振动组腰5椎体的破骨细胞数较对照组明显增加(P〈0.05)。结论 谐振早期即可损伤骨组织细胞,导致骨塑形、重建破坏引起腰椎损伤,且4 Hz振动损伤最大。 Objective To observe the influence of syntony from 4 to 6 Hz on the histomorphology of lumbar vertebrae as well as the cell function and structure of the lumbar vertebrae in rabbits. Methods Sixty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups :control group,matched control group,4 Hz model group,5 Hz model group and 6 Hz model group,n=12 for each. The rabbits in each group were sacrificed at the 4,5,6th week batch by batch and the fifth lumbar vertebrae of rabbits were obtained for histological observation. Results Compared with the normal control group and the matched control group,at the 2nd week,the count of osteoblasts of all the syntony groups began to descend (P〈0.05),meanwhile,the count of osteoclasts of the 4 Hz syntony group began to ascended(P〈0.05). Conclusion The syntony can cause the injury of the lumbar vertebrae by inducing the damage of the osteoblasts and destroying the remodeling of bone even at early,in which the injury by 4 Hz syntony is most serious.
